02 / Products

Three products, one continuous line.

Livewood works where your designers already work. Factory5 turns what they produce into machine-ready programs. Machine Agent puts those programs on the machine — and tells the other two what that machine actually has loaded.

CAD integration

Livewood

01Design → CAD

Your CAD, with production already in it.

Livewood is a plug-in that lives inside the CAD your designers already use. Parts, connections and production data come out of the drawing they are working in — no export ritual to remember, no second system to learn, no detail that only exists in someone else's file. When the design is ready, it goes to Factory5 in a single move.

Built on BricsCAD and AutoCAD — the same commands and the same behaviour in both.

Cloud service

Factory5

02Cloud processing

The line between a drawing and a machine.

Factory5 takes a design and carries it to machine-ready output: conversion, technical checking and program generation for the machines you actually own. Everything hangs off one project, so the designer, the manufacturing technician and the operator are looking at the same current version. Nothing reaches the floor until an operator approves it — and once approved, sending it to a machine is one repeatable step you can do again anytime.

Runs in the cloud. Output is generated per machine family — KDT, HOMAG and Biesse today, and we add further families when a client needs one.

CNC management

Machine Agent

03CNC program

Every machine on the network, with its real tooling.

A small service that runs on each CNC machine and gives it a voice. It reports what the machine actually has loaded — its tools, its parameters — so programs are written against reality instead of against a spreadsheet somebody last updated in the spring. It takes delivery of approved programs, keeps itself up to date, and stays on a private network of your own.

Windows or Linux, with a console for the people on the floor.

How they fit together

Each one is useful alone. Together they close the gap.

You do not have to adopt all three. Most operations start with the step that hurts most and connect the rest once they can see the benefit.

  1. Livewood CAD integration
  2. Factory5 Cloud service
  3. Machine Agent CNC management

Design data flows forward; machine reality flows back. That return path is what keeps the programs honest.

The quickest way to judge any of the three is against one of your own jobs. Send us a typical example and we will show you what comes out the other end.
